Shipping Policy

Guest satisfaction is our #1priority at Yo Mommas Favorite Vape Shop. We would like to inform all our guests shopping online that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and all holidays. Any questions regarding shipping will be answered at the beginning of the week. 

  • All orders placed through this web site must be shipped to the address provided in your invoice
  • We DO NOT allow will call or pick up of items for online purchases 
  • Multiple orders can not be combined
  • We will NOT ship to minors or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors


Time Frame:

All items will be packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date you place your order and will be picked up by USPS the following business day, regardless of the shipping option you choose.  

Ex. If you place an order Friday, your order will not be processed or picked up by USPS until the following business day.  

Shipping days/times are only estimates by the courier and are not guaranteed by us or them.  Weather and other conditions can affect delivery times.  Invoices are processed in the order they are received.   If there were many orders placed over the weekend, then there could be a possible delay in getting your order out.  USPS does not deliver on Sunday's or holidays.

Domestic orders can take 1 to 15 business days to reach their intended destination. International orders can take 10 to 45 business days to reach its intended destination.

Tracking information is offered by the carrier via their website.



For all international orders, you the customer, takes full responsibility if the package is lost during transit as we can not add insurance or door to door tracking to those options.  Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item.  However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit.  Since international laws are continuously changing we can not keep up with what is legal to sell to our customers in other countries.  It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering/receiving e-liquid/vapor products.  If items are confiscated by customs or their shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for the confiscation of such items.  Certain items can not be shipped internationally.  All batteries or devices with built in batteries can not be shipped internationally.  Also, they can not be shipped domestically overnight (lithium ion batteries can not be shipped via air due to new laws regarding shipping restrictions) and must be shipped ground.   Also, request by customers to alter their international customs invoices will not be honored.  All items shipped internationally must be declared.


International Duties and Taxes:

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Shipping Options:

We currently only use USPS postal service.


Damaged or Tampered Packages:

Customer who receive a package that was damaged during shipping (transit) or if the package looks to be tampered with, must notify the delivery driver or courier immediately.  Customers who are required to sign for the package during delivery, must refuse the package if damaged or tampered with so that a claim can be initiated with the courier.  Once you notify the courier or delivery driver, please email us at immediately so that we know that a claim has been initiated.
